All return and exchange requests are subject to the policies outlined below.
First: Submitting a return or exchange request

Second: Return Policy
Return period: You can return the product within 3 days of receiving the order.
Return method: We prepare a shipping label for you, and a shipping company representative will contact you to pick up the product from your address.
Product inspection: After receiving the product, it will be inspected within 3 working days to ensure its condition before completing the return procedures.
Processing fees: A processing fee of 60 Saudi Riyals applies to each return request.
Return Policy
The product must be in its original condition, inside the original packaging, and must not have been opened or used.
The original invoice must be kept.
Bundle offers are not eligible for partial return and must be returned in full.
Customized or custom-made products cannot be returned.
Opened products are not compensated or replaced for health and safety reasons.
Payments
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used in the order.
If payment is made via Tamara or Tabby, the refund will be processed through the same entity.
Cash on delivery fees are non-refundable as they are a paid service from the shipping company.
Return period: The amount will be transferred to the customer within 1 to 21 business days after receiving and inspecting the product.
Third: Replacement Policy
The product can be exchanged within 7 days of the date of receipt, provided that the product is in its original condition and unused.
A replacement fee of 30 Saudi Riyals applies to each replacement transaction.
Replacement conditions
The product must be in its original condition inside its unopened packaging.
Partial exchange of offers is not allowed; the offer must be returned in full.
The exchange policy does not cover products that have been used or opened.
Differences in personal taste regarding scent are not an acceptable reason for exchange or return, as all our products are designed according to approved and stable formulations.
Replacement steps
Fill out the application form via WhatsApp.
The bill of lading will be issued within 1–3 business days.
Receive the product from the customer within 5 business days.
After inspection, the new or replacement product is sent according to the customer's wishes.
Fourth: Damaged or non-conforming products

The company will bear all shipping and exchange costs or provide a full refund after inspecting the product and confirming its condition.
⚠️ The product is not considered damaged if the damage is caused by misuse, storage at unsuitable temperatures, or any factors beyond the manufacturer's control.
Fifth: Cases excluded from return or exchange
Products cannot be returned or exchanged in the following cases:
More than 3 days have passed since the date of receipt.
When opening, using, or removing the safety seal of the product.
In case the packaging is damaged or any of the original accessories are missing.
Skin care products or oils after opening.
International orders, except in case of shipping error or product arrival damaged.
Sixth: International shipping and customs duties
If the international order is not received due to non-payment of customs duties or for any other reason,
Customs duties will be deducted from the refund amount.
Seventh: Cancellation Policy
Before the order is processed: Cancellation is free of charge.
After the order is processed: A cancellation fee of 10 riyals applies.
After shipping: A fee of 35 riyals will be applied and deducted from the return amount.
Eighth: General observations
Please ensure the shipping and address details are correct before confirming the order, as they cannot be modified after shipment.
If the order cannot be delivered due to the customer's lack of response, it will be returned to the warehouse and can be reshipped at an additional charge.
By completing the return or exchange form, you are fully agreeing to all the terms of this policy.
If a free shipping offer is available, it does not apply to orders where the total weight of the products exceeds 6 kg.
